Complete these 4 steps to get started

Currently we ONLY offer ONLINE booking, as this way we are best able to maintain a safe environment and play experience for all. This option is the most feasible way to maintain social distancing with a 5 child minimum ratio per every 2 hrs at all times.

Register below with this easy 4 step guide.....

Step 1:  Simply make a selection from the profiles below, Be sure to read the description, then you may click the blue "BOOK NOW" button  under your selection of choice,  select your date & time (a SMS CONFIRMATION communication text will be sent to your phone number & email submitted on the booking form that you filled out). If you are using "medicaid respite voucher payments" for our Respite service; prior to using our Respite scheduling calender system you must FIRST  "get approved" for service by DWIHN through your Facilitator at your agency for Vonnies World to be your Respite provider (this is how the billing for medicaid is setup) if you need help feel free to reach out for assistance.

 

Step 2: Then, Fill out the questionnaire regarding your child for their visit and click submit to send. A reminder confirmation text, will be sent to you as a

courtesy reminder, the day before your scheduled visit.

Step 3: Next, Make your payment; For paid clients make your payment  by clicking "pay now" (all major credit/debit cards accepted) and for Medicaid proceed threw terminal to "Book Now" for an appointment confirmation -No payment needed  NOTE: cancellations can be made up to 8hrs in advance of your schedule time slot, after this time your fee is forfeited. ALSO NOTE: Sorry, we do not give refunds however you are able to reschedule a "one time" visit for another day and time for your processed payment. Please note some private pay or medicaid clients may have a co-payment for their respite visit balance also please note: you are ONLY allowed to book a maximum of 4 hrs per day (2 consecutive time slots) & up to 2 days per week of Respite Care. ( extra change clothes, diapers, and small snacks may accompany client to Respite in a backpack)

Step 4: Lastly, Please arrive for your service on time to enjoy our Life Enrichment Respite & Activity center. Our Staff will be waiting to greet you, enjoy your visit!

Community events: You must still register for a time slot using the steps above  to secure a seat, if it is a FREE event NO FEE will be collected at checkout.
