To cancel please contact us and do so within 4hrs of you registered time slot otherwise you will voluntarily forfeit your spot. Any online payments are NON-refundable. As; this is a courtesy to everyone including staff that made plans to be present for your reserved appointment and prepared for your arrival, and for other families that may have wanted the same time slot you booked for.
